General Affairs Work Circle: Brief Introduction
The General Affairs Work Circle is committed to promoting the development of caring communities and sustainable campus environments within the Taiwan Comprehensive University System (TCUS). Its primary goal is to establish sustainable, low-carbon campuses across member institutions.
Composition: The Work Circle comprises the general affairs divisions of four universities:
- National Cheng Kung University
- National Sun Yat-sen University
- National Chung Hsing University
- National Chung Cheng University
Through regular meetings and seminars, the Work Circle addresses and resolves general affairs issues common to all four universities.

Work Description:
1. Regular Meetings:
- Frequency: Quarterly (once every three months)
- Purpose: Consolidate meeting content and examine each university's performance results
2. Annual Seminar:
- Frequency: Once a year
- Activities: (1) Arrange educational speeches, (2) Determine performance goals and timelines for concluded issues
3. Budget Management:
- Enlist and execute budgets for regular meetings and seminars
4. Coordination with Head Office:
- Complete relevant forms
- Execute assigned tasks
By facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing among member universities, the General Affairs Work Circle aims to enhance operational efficiency and promote sustainable practices across TCUS campuses.
